nerDigital Chatbots has a default checkout page where you can connect your Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay to accept customer payments. Now you can replace our checkout with your WooCommerce Checkout or any other custom checkout.
Here are the steps to replace our native checkout with your E-commerce checkout page:
1- From the left main menu, click on Ecommerce section.
2- Navigate and click on Settings.
3- Click on Checkout.
4- From the Checkout section, click on the dropdown to see other checkout options.
Here is the option you can choose for your chatbot E-commerce checkouts:
Default checkout page: This is our native checkout page where you can connect your Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay to accept customer payments.
WooCommerce default checkout page: if you're using WooCommerce for your E-commerce store, you can use this option to accept customer payments for your chatbots via your WooCommerce checkout.
Custom External Checkout page: If you're using any other E-commerce store, you can choose this option to accept customer payments for your chatbots. Basically, you can use your own checkout page in your chatbot. Your customer will be redirected to your checkout page once they click on the “Checkout” button. You will only need to provide and enter the URL of your checkout page.
Flow: You can use one of your built flows to perform advanced desired actions instead of a checkout page.

When users click the checkout button inside your bot, we will automatically add these parameters:
order: the order ID and you use it to mark the order as paid.
page: the Facebook page id.
user: the user id for your bot (PSID).
total: the total value of the user shopping cart.
subtotal: the subtotal of the user shopping cart.
